January – June Mini and Sale-a-bration Blog Hop

Welcome to the January – June Mini & Sale-a-bration Blog Hop hosted by members of ESAD. I am thrilled to be participating with this talented group of crafters. I hope that you enjoy all the projects that will be showcased. Remember that the products from these catalogues will be available to purchase or earn from 5 January, 2021.

I have chosen to focus on the new Kangaroo & Company Bundle #156269. Being January and with Australia Day coming up, it seemed appropriate. I love that it includes the option of creating tags to place in the mother roo’s pouch, although this time I just went with the bunch of flowers. I have teamed it with the Stitched With Whimsy dies #155314 and the Oh So Ombre paper. This Designer Series Paper is one of the products offered as part of Sale-a-bration 2021. You can earn a pack of this 6’x6′ paper with an order of $90 during January and February only while supplies last.

I have coloured both Mrs Roo and the flowers using Stampin Blends. I’ve used light and dark in Crumb Cake, Daffodil Delight, Bermuda Bay and Granny Apple Green. To finish, I used some basic jewel rhinestones to add a little bling. I had to wait for the ants to leave before taking the photo with my Aussie wombat.

I decided to use an all occasion sentiment from the stamp set. Most of the sentiments are sized to fit on the tag for Mrs Roo’s pouch. A slit in the die cut helps create this option.

Classes by Mail

WendyH Classes By Mail

This year, I am running my regular classes from home but I am also running classes for my long distance customers (if living in Australia) or people who can’t make it at set class times, called class by mail.

Each month from February 2020, I will focus on one stamp set or bundle and create 3 or 4 cards featuring the chosen stamp set and a limited selection of products. Classes will be announced at the beginning of each month. There are 2 purchase options for the class with payments due by 15^th of the month. You will be emailed payment details. A link to instructions will be e-mailed to you once the kit has been posted to you, usually about the 25^th of the month.

Class Options

Option 1:  Includes the selected stamp set, card kit and instructions OR

Option 2:  Includes the selected bundle of stamp set and punch or dies, card kit and instructions.

Suggested other products you could order:  additional products that will co-ordinate with the chosen products for the month.

These may include adhesives, embellishments, ribbon, ink, cardstock or Designer Series Paper. You will be advised if any additional products are needed to complete the class projects.

If you already have the stamp set or bundle for the month, please feel free to choose another product/s to the same value. Please advise this prior to payment.

You may order previous Class by Mail offerings within the current Catalogue sales period by contacting me to arrange payment/delivery. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for delivery.

Hello world!

Well I have finally jumped on the band wagon and started a blog. I have no idea what I am doing, so you will have to bear with me as I learn. It will be part of the journey and along the way I hope to share my crafting journey as a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator with you as well.

I would appreciate any feedback or assistance that anyone would like to share with me.

I am only just back from holidays so haven’t created anything crafty yet. I will get to it shortly and upload some of my work to share.
